Resource list

Updated 28 June 2012

This page contains two lists: Anthologies and Secondary Resources. The list of anthologies includes collections of poetry, short stories, and plays in which our women authors have published. The list of secondary resources is a more eclectic mix of sources of authors’ names and biographical information. Each entry in the following lists of titles has been gleaned (or is in the process of being gleaned) for authors’ names and information.  If you know of any other good sources, or anthologies we are missing, please email me at khuenema@sfu.ca, and I can add them to the list of texts we need to go through.

  1. Does anyone know anything about Toronto female poet Jena Sivitz (alternate spellings – Jen Sevitz, etc…)? Active early 1930s Toronto, Ontario. Tx, John

    • Hi John –
All we have on this poet–whom we have listed as Jena Sivitz–is that she published 5 poems in the Canadian Forum journal. Absolutely nothing else, sadly, so if anyone out there DOES come across more information, we would love to know!
