inThe “Young Author’s Page” of the Winnipeg Free Press was a wonderful encouragement to many aspiring authors, including some who went on to be renowned for their poetry. As far as we can tell, Lily Crawley was not one of the authors who continued to write… but it is a joy to see her contribution here nonetheless.
